Rangers 2021-22 Training Shirt

Authentic and original Rangers training shirt, as used during the 2021-22 season, during which the Gers finished in 2nd position in the Scottish Premiership, but perhaps more significantly, reached the final of the UEFA Europa League, under the guidance of Gio Van Bronkhorst. 

A season that will live long in the memory for Rangers fans, who came so close to seeing their side claim a major European trophy, only to have their hearts broken in Seville, via the most brutal of penalty shootouts. Whilst the league was Celtic's again, Rangers fans had all eyes on the Europa League, as Gio Van Bronkhorst gave the blue side of Glasgow one of their most exciting European campaigns to date, coming so close to winning it, but ultimately falling to German side, Frankfurt. 

Just before the hour mark, half of the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan went ballistic, as Joe Aribo slotted home to put Rangers within a half hour or so of European glory... However, Rafael Santos Borre equalised for Frankfurt just 12 minutes later, and sent the tie to extra time. Half an hour of stalemate followed, before the potters of penalties struck, with Frankfurt converting 5 perfect penalties, and aided by a penalty miss from a certain Aaron Ramsey, to win the Europa League! 

There was still silverware for Rangers however, as they did win the Scottish Cup this season, beating Hearts after extra time, courtesy of 2 goals in the extra 30 from Ryan Jack, and Scott Wright.
