Burnley 2009-10 Home Shirt (XXL)

Authentic and original Burnley home shirt, as used during the 2009-10 season, which was their first season back in the top flight in 33 years!

Things began to unravel for the Clarets following a relatively promising start to the season, and following manager Owen Coyle's departure for Bolton Wanderers at the turn of the year, Burnley would win just 3 times in the Premiership in 2010, and would ultimately be relegated, finishing in 18th, 5 points from safety.

There were early exits in both domestic cup competitions too, with Barnsley dumping them out the 3rd round of the League Cup, and Reading putting them out in the 4th round of the FA Cup.

Overall, shirt is in very good condition. A couple of expected signs of wear, but no pulls or holes etc. May be the odd slight bobble to the front but again, not major. Tagged as a 3xl, but it’s definitely a tighter fit, better for a 2xl.
