Chelsea 2007-08 3rd Shirt (Terry) (S)

Authentic and original Chelsea 3rd shirt, as used during the 2007-08 season, during which the Blues would finish in 2nd in the Premiership, finishing the season under the guidance of Avram Grant.

Shirt is complete with nameset of former central defender, John Terry. Captain Terry signed for Chelsea as a youth player from West Ham United's academy, making his debut for the club in 1998, in a career that spanned over 20 years, and well over 700 appearances! His list of honours is nearly never ending, with trophies including the Premiership, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, League Cup and the FA Cup! His individual honours are quite something too, being a 2 time Chelsea Player of the Year, a 3 time UEFA Club defender of the year, 4 UEFA Team of the Year inclusions, and an induction into the Premier League Hall of Fame in 2024. He has since moved into coaching, and took up a role as Academy coach as of July 2023.

As for Chelsea this season, it was a campaign of nearly, but not quite. Runners up in the Premiership, League Cup, and UEFA Champions League saw Avram Grant sacked following the conclusion. Defeats to Spurs and Manchester United in the League Cup, and UEFA Champions League, as well as a disappointing defeat to Barnsley in the quarter finals of the FA Cup made this a season that really, had the potential to end far, far better than it did.

Shirt is in decent overall condition. A few wee marks here and there, the odd sign of wear, and some cracking to the nameset too. Size small, with measurements provided in pictures, could maybe squeeze a medium.
