FC Koln 2018 Training Shirt (XL)

Authentic and original FC Koln training / leisure shirt, as used during the 2018-19 season, during which the German side would win promotion back to the Bundesliga, finishing top of the 2.Bundesliga.

A side that boasted an average home attendance of over 45,000 this season, the team should never have even been in the lower divisions, and won promotion back to the big time at the first opportunity.

They finished 6 points clear of 2nd placed Paderborn, scoring a whopping 84 goals across the league campaign, with top scorer Simon Terodde bagging 29 in the league alone (34 in all comps). They would also compete in domestic competition, in the form of the DFB Pokal, where they would reach the second round, winning their first round match 9-1, before a penalty shootout defeat saw them fall at the hands of Bundesliga side Schalke.

Despite being a 2nd division team, their squad was still pretty impressive, including the likes of goalkeeper Timo Horn, attacker Anthony Modeste, and, for the first half of the season at least, now Dortmund striker, Serhou Guirassy!

Overall, shirt is in superb condition. Really nice feel to the material too. Size XL, with measurements provided in pictures.
