Gotzepe 2016-17 Away Shirt (Leo Schwechlen) (M)

Authentic and original Goztepe away shirt, as used during the 2016-17 season, during which the side competed in the second division of Turkish football (the 1.lig), finishing in 5th position, and being promoted to the Turkish Super Lig.

Shirt is complete with nameset of French defender, Leo Schwechlen. A player that has bounced around the Turkish leagues a fair bit, "Leo" first signed for Goztepe in 2016, from. Cypriot club Anorthosis Famagusta FC, who themselves picked him up from now dissolved French side, Tours FC. He would make 58 appearances across 2 seasons for Goztepe, before leaving the club for BB Erzurumspor, where he would etch his name into club folklore, scoring the first ever Super Lig goal in the club's history!

As for Goztepe, they now play their football in the Turkish Super Lig, where they most recently finished in 6th, in the 2025-26 season. They have won the Turkish Cup on 2 occasions, and perhaps most notably, they reached the semi finals of the European Inter-Cities Fairs Cup in 1969, and the quarter finals of the UEFA Cup Winners Cup in 1970!

Shirt is in excellent condition overall, and the nameset is also still fantastic. Size Large.
