Italy 1994 Home Shirt (M)

Authentic and original Italy home shirt, as used during the 1994 World Cup campaign in the United States, during which the Italians would reach the final, ultimately losing out to Brazil. Shirt is complete with original felt number 10 to the back, which would be the number used by legendary centre forward, Roberto Baggio.

The Italians actually only qualified for the knockout stages at all by finishing 3rd in their group, going through as one of the four best third placed teams, finishing behind both Mexico and the Republic of Ireland in their group. However, from here they would show their strength, defeating Nigeria 2-1 in the round of 16, with a double from Baggio, before again winning 2-1, this time against Spain in the quarter finals.

Their semi final saw them take on a rather formidable Bulgaria team, but yet again Baggio was on hand to do the business, scoring twice in four minutes to secure another 2-1 win for the Italians. However, in the final Baggio would have no such luck, missing the decisive penalty as Italy would ultimately lose 3-2 in the shootout.

Overall, shirt is in excellent condition, especially considering age. Number is the original felt number 10, and remains in very good condition, not as bright as it once was. Size medium, with measurements provided in pictures.
