Liverpool 2013-14 Home Shirt (XL)

Authentic and original Liverpool home shirt, as used during the 2013-14 season, during which the Reds would finish in 2nd in the Premiership, being led by Brendan Rodgers.

In all honesty, this season will not be remembered for anything other than 'the slip'. Liverpool were leading the way, and faced an admittedly difficult home test against Chelsea, with the title at this point in Liverpool's hands, ahead of the chasing Manchester City. What followed was a comical slip from club captain Steven Gerrard, allowing Demba Ba to nick in, and slot the ball home, condemning the Reds to what would ultimately end up a 2-0 defeat, and putting the title race back in Manchester City's hands.

They would slip up even further during the penultimate game week, when a 3-0 lead against Crystal Palace somehow evaporated in the second half, with Liverpool conceding three second half goals to draw the game 3-3, and near enough end any hope of the title. They would end up finishing 2 points behind Manchester City, and this would be the closest they came to winning the league since 1990!

Shirt is in good overall condition. Some very slight sponsor cracking, but nothing major. Size XL. Measurements provided in pictures.
