Authentic and original Real Madrid home shirt, as used during the 2021-22 season, during which the side would win the double, claiming both the La Liga title, and the UEFA Champions League trophy, under the guidance of Carlo Ancelotti. Shirt is complete with nameset of legendary Croatian midfielder, Luka Modric. They won the league by 13 points, at a bit of a canter really, but this season is better known for producing one of the most incredible Champions League campaigns in recent history, with Real Madrid coming back from the brink of elimination time and time again! It began in the round of 16, where they would find themselves 2-0 down on aggregate heading into the final half an hour of the tie, before a Karim Benzema hat trick saw off PSG, and set up a date against defending Champions Chelsea. A comprehensive 3-1 away victory in the 1st leg meant Real were heavy favourites to go through, but Chelsea put 3 past them at the Bernabeu to lead 4-3 on aggregate going into the final 10 minutes! Somehow, Real Madrid would pull it off yet again, with Rodrygo taking the tie to extra time, before Benzema netted the winner! They left their best comeback for last however, after being 4-3 down from the first leg in the semi finals against Manchester City, they went 1-0 down in the 2nd leg too, before Rodrygo fired in twice in added time to level the tie, and Karim Benzema yet again scored in extra time to send Real through! Overall, shirt is in decent condition. One pull just by the arm, and a few minor bobbles here and there. Nameset and sponsor both have some cracking too.
