Authentic and original Tottenham Hotspur training shirt, as used during the 1994-95 season, during which Spurs would finish in 7th in the Premiership, finishing the season under the guidance of Gerry Francis.
Initially beginning the season under the guidance of Osvaldo Ardiles, he was given the boot in November, following an embarrassing 3-0 defeat to lowly Notts County in the League Cup. His successor, Gerry Francis, joining from QPR, led Spurs to what was their highest league finish for 5 years!
This was somewhat of a whirlwind season for Spurs. Amongst the sackings they were also starting the season on an initial 12 point deduction, as well as being banned from competing in this seasons FA Cup, until these punishments were ultimately revoked following persistent challenging from club chair Alan Sugar. They would eventually reach the semi final of the very cup they were initially banned from, before defeat to Everton, 4-1 at Wembley.
Players to play for Spurs this season included the likes of Teddy Sheringham, Darren Anderton, Sol Campbell, and top scorer Jurgen Klinsmann, who scored 20 league goals, and 29 in all competitions.
Overall, shirt is in very good condition. Couple wee bobbles here and there, and a bit of creasing to the Umbro logo, but overall, still really good considering age. Size medium, with measurements provided in pictures.
