Authentic and original Werder Bremen home shirt, as used during the 2007-08 season, and complete with nameset of former midfielder, Tim Borowski. Borowski is a Werder Bremen legend in his own right, making over 200 appearances for the club across 2 spells, with his only time away from Werder Bremen being a solitary season at Bayern Munich, during the 08-09 season. He won the 2003-04 Bundesliga with his boyhood club, as well as reaching the final of the DFB Pokal on 2 occasions, winning it in 03-04, and finishing as runner up in 2009-10. As for Werder Bremen this season, they finished in 2nd in the Bundesliga, under the guidance of Thomas Schaaf, as well as reaching the round of 16 in the DFB Pokal. They finished 3rd in their UEFA Champions League group, and ultimately were knocked out in the last 16 of the UEFA Cup, losing 2-1 on aggregate to Rangers. Shirt is in decent overall condition. The front is perfect, but the nameset to the back is pretty faded. Still legible, just not as white as it once was. Size medium.
